Kig Glass - Performance Better Than Expected

KIG Glass Industrial Bhd., Malaysian manufacturer of glassware, blocks and packaging, expects its China unit, Zibo Jiali Glass Ind Co Ltd., to turnaround and contribute positively to results this year, according to recent press reports. The Executive Chairman said in the company's latest annual report that Jiali is expected to show improvement because of encouraging sales of glass tableware. Jiali has added another production line for glass tableware to further capitalize on glass tableware demand in China.
