Jura Adds Vintage Flair To Packaging

Whyte & Mackay has relaunched its Isle of Jura range of single malt Scotch whiskies with new packaging. This retains the familiar hourglass-shaped Jura bottle, but adds a classic, vintage flair with "The Isle of Jura Single Malt Whisky" embossed into the glass in bold, curved type. For the 10 & 16 Year Old expressions, it brackets the brand name "Jura" in bold gold & black type. For the peated Superstition bottling, the embossed type surrounds the mystic Ankh cross &, for the new, ultra-premium 21-year-old, a gold foil medallion serves as the centerpiece, with the 4 symbols of the Hebridean island depicted. All 4 expressions feature a foil capsule with an elegant cork closure. Each bottling comes packed in a sturdy foil embossed gift carton. For the holidays, a gift set with a 75cl bottle of the 10yr-old, packaged with 2 fine rocks glasses with logos is available.
