Joint Venture For Laboratory Ware

Gerresheimer Glas AG is embarking on a joint venture through its US subsidiary Kimble Glass Inc with US-based Nalge Nunc International, a subsidiary of Apogent Technologies, for the distribution and marketing of laboratory ware. The key objectives of the joint venture are to provide Kimble's glass laboratory products access to the established laboratory distribution channels of the Apogent Group and to offer the customer a single source for a wide range of glass and other products for laboratory requirements. The move is expected to strengthen Gerresheimer's worldwide position in laboratory ware.
