Italians Prefer Glass

An opinion poll commissioned by the National Consumers Union in Italy has revealed that of Italian families living in an urban environment, 78.1% regard glass as the best material to preserve food and drink, 84% prefer it from a health and hygiene point of view and 73.4% say that glass is the best in terms of its recyclability.
