Industrial Gases Jv Formed In China

The Linde Group & refining/chemical company, Sinopec Qilu Company, have agreed to form a 50/50 jv in China, creating an industrial gases supply contract. The venture, known as Zibo BOC Qilu Gases Co, has a total investment of around US$ 64M. The JV will supply Sinopec Qilu, other companies in the Zibo area, and third party markets with over 4000 tonnes of oxygen, nitrogen and argon per day.
