Indian Brewers To Patent A Beer Bottle

India's largest brewers, United Breweries and SABMiller plan to use a patented bottle design in an attempt to stop other bottlers using them and improve brand identity. In India bottles are recovered from the waste chain and sold back to the brewers to satisfy around 75% of the package requirements.
