[India] Ub Approves Setting Up Of Bottle Trading Company

Shareholders of India's United Breweries Ltd (UB) have approved the setting up of Bottle Trading Company (BTC), to be jointly owned by UB and SAB Miller. The new enterprise is intended to regularise the availability of bottles to the two beer makers. BTC will be capitalised at INR 340,000.
