Hindustan National Glass in India has completed the renovation of the former OI glass container factory in the city of Pondicherry and has also installed extra lines in its factories at Bahadurgarh and Rishra. The Pondicherry operation was also expanded to a four machine operation. IS machines are two 4 1/4 triple gob to 6 1/4 double gob machines, one 5in double or single gob machine, and a 5in double gob that can be converted to 3 5/16 triple gob. All the lines use Quantum Forming system, including the ABB/A process, and are equipped for narrow neck press and blow production. The multi-purpose plunger mechanisms have special quick change an an expanded processing range through a joint effort with Hindustan National Glass and its machinery group Glass Equipment India Ltd (GEIL)
