[India] Container Maker Sold

Indian glass manufacturing company HSIL announced it has sold its entire stake in its AGI Glasspack company to an unnamed buyer. The company stated it is India's second largest producer of container glass. It manufactures glass containers such as chemical bottles, beer bottles, jars and personal care product bottles. Its container glass unit comprised over half of the parent company's revenues.
