Implementation Of The 2008 Reform Of The Eu Wine Regime

This has been staggered with rules concerning the making, labelling and quality of policies controlling wines coming into effect on 1 August 2009. The Wine Regulations 2009 will provide the necessary powers for application and enforcement of these rules in England.
