Image Automation - Merger And New Contracts

UK-based Sira Group, a specialist in the research, design, development and manufacture of advanced instruments and optical systems, has created a new measurement and inspection business by merging the complementary activities of its two product companies, Image Automation Ltd and Ometron. David Newman, Chairman of the merged business and joint MD of the Sira Group, said the two companies would now have access to a wider range of engineering, marketing and management, as well as greater critical mass in the global market place.
