Hot Irishman

The Hot Irishman company claims to specialise in producing innovative, authentic Irish spirit brands. It has launched "The Irishman", a super premium whiskey, in 2 styles. The Irishman Aged Single Malt is a 12-y old whiskey matured in bourbon and sherry casks. It is limited in availability to 1000 cases for the first year of production, with each bottle numbered and signed by the founder, Bernard Walsh. The Irishman 70, containing 70% malt whiskey is triple distilled in pot stills and matured in bourbon casks.
