The turnover of Schott Jenaer Glas for the year up to September 2002 was the highest since 1990. Wolfgang Meyer, the company manager, announced in November/02 that the company turnover for this period was EUR 66.5M, up 10.5% on 2001. Based in Jean in eastern Germany, Schott Jenaer Glas makes household and industrial glass products. The company's turnover and profit for 2001/2 surpassed forcasts, Meyer said.
