Following the release last year of the QA16-44 series of modular electricity generators, Atlas Copco has developed the new high-powered generators on the basis of market demand, to include the QA165Dd. The Italian company says that the generators are highly versatile. The company emphasizes the modularity of the QA series; the basic unit contains all the essential parts to deliver electric energy with feeding by a tank positioned at the side, or by an auxiliary on the outside. The basic unit can be adapted according to the needs of the individual client. The modular design and the power of the QA series make it suitable for use both as a primary source or energency unit. Noise levels are in line with standards set out in EU Directive 84/536 and are in accordance with current Italian law.
