High Index Of Refraction Glass Compositions

Consists of about 60-100% of a mixture of TiO2 and BaO in the molar ratio of about 0.9-2.2, about 0-40 wt % of at least one of the oxides of bismuth and antimony, 0-6 wt % of at least one of the oxides of lithium, sodium or potassium, and 0.2-12 wt % of at least one oxide selected from silica, boric oxide, phosphoric oxide and germanium oxide.
