High Energy Costs In Germany

High energy prices are contributing to higher costs and lower profits in Germany's container glass sector, according to the German trade federation. Energy accounts for 12% of members' total costs, it says, and prices for energy rose 20% last year after a 55% rise in 2000. (whole item)
