Heye International Acquire Busch & Spreen

Heye International recently announced that it has acquired 100% of the share capital of Busch & Spreen GmbH (B&S). B&S supplies cold end inspection equipment to the international container glass industry from its headquarters in Nienburg, Germany. Following the acquisition, Heye will integrate the B&S product portfolio with its existing range of cold end inspection equipment. This will benefit their combined customers in the supply of high-end inspection solutions covering the entire scope of glass containers.
