Heinz-Glas Acquires French Company Cristallerie Ncn

The Paris commercial court has granted German group Heinz-Glas permission to take over Verrerie Cristallerie de la Bresle, renamed Nouvelle Cristallerie de Normandie (NCN). The company, which was taken over by a group of investors after going out of business in 1991, was declared insolvent again in October 1996.
