Heineken is taking a punt at the "craft revolution" with the launch of a new beer brand and two "artisanal" ciders. The new Maltsmiths Brewing range, available from March 2017, is aimed at the million beer drinking consumers who had yet to try craft, the brewing giant said. It will initially comprise two beers - a Bavarian style Pilsner and an American style IPA, both with a 4.6% abv, in 330m can and glass bottle formats.
