Heavy Metals - Extension Of The Derogation For Glass Without A Time Limit

Commission Decision, extending indefinitely the derogation for glass packaging in relation to the heavy metal concentration levels established in Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste, was published in the EU Official Journal (L125 of 12 May 2006). The Decision, dated 8 May, bears the reference no. 2006/340/EC.
