Guardian Auto Glass LLC has acquired the assets of Automobile Glass Co., based in Alpharetta, Atlanta. Automobile Glass has served customers in the area since 1933 and was one of the first mobile auto glass companies in Atlanta, according to a statement from Guardian. The company was sold to Harmon Auto Glass in 1991, but, in 2008, the former owners of the company, which still had rights to the name, started a new business under the original name, according to information from Guardian. he new company will operate as Guardian Auto Glass Atlanta, LLC and will continue to follow the Guardian Auto Glass' business model.
