Greenfield Container Project Planned For Angola

Italy's BDF Industries has won a contract to build a greenfield glass container plant in the Sequele region of Angola. Intended for the manufacture of beer bottles, the turnkey project near Luanda includes a batch plant that id designed for future expansion, a 200/tpd regenerative furnace with the potential to increase to 270/tpd, two 12-section IS machines, with the option of a third, complete cold end inspection equipment, integrated automation control systems, utilities and complete networks installation. A 2017 start up is planned.
