PPG Ind has supplied 'green' products in support of the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai, including low-E glass & low-volatile organic compound (VOC) coatings for expo pavilions, along with waterborne paints to protect elevated roads near the event. The US pavilion features Solarban® 70XL glass, triple-silver-coated, solar control low-E glass, which is said to transmit 64% of the sun's natural light while blocking 73% of its solar energy.
