Glass-To-Glass Modules

Advanced Solar Photonics (ASP), an American manufacturer of photovoltaic (PV) equipment and a provider of turnkey alternative energy systems, has introduced a line of glass-to-glass crystalline silicon PV modules. The dual sided glass (G2G) PV solar panels feature thinner toughened glass, which reduces the distance light travels, thereby increasing overall module efficiency by 10%. To further increase efficiency, ASP modules have a holographic material between the silicon and EVA layers, maximising the time per day they can generate electricity from the sun.
