According to a recent report, the emerging economies of the Asia Pacific region present strong growth opportunities for the glass fibre market. Europe and the USA are dominant leaders in the market, while China holds the main share of production capacity at more than 50%. It is estimated that by 2017, the world glass fibre market could reach 8.5M/tons.
