According to Ribipack (Italy), the Ribipack Seal Concept (RSC) is an innovative solution that radically improves the quality, safety & hygienic standards of all kinds of glass containers, from just outside the leering-hardening tunnel in the glass plant, to filling operations at the customer's premises. The same standards are guaranteed throughout the entire logistic process, such as palletization, storage at the glass plant, shipping & transportation. Key elements of the patented RSC are: seal; sealing machine; & unsealing machine. The glass containers are sealed with the Ribipack Seal by high speed heads, & unsealed by unsealing heads, just before filling. The seal grip to the bottle & jar ring is mechanical. There is no use at all of glues, resins or other chemical bonding elements. The film is treated by the sealing head with UV rays and becomes aseptic.
