Flush from the success of its Boozy Berries (raspberries in gin), Pinkster Gin decided to turn its surplus stock into Gin Jam. the gin-infused preserve, which as a 2.5% abv and comes in 340g jars, is perfect for teatime or cocktails. It has seen strong demand from independent retailers.
