Gin Continues To Grow

The UK gin category is on course to overtake vodka in value terms in 2020, according to a new report from William Grant & Sons. Gin sales in the UK reached £2.4bn in 2018, a 45% increase over the previous year. If current growth rates continue, the value of the gin category in 2020 will move above vodka, which is the country's leading spirits category by value.
