Gerresheimer Glas: Major Acquisition Planned

Gerresheimer Glas, the German manufacturer of glass products, is considering a major acquisition, for which it could obtain around EUR 300M worth of bank loans, it was reported. In the most recent financial year, Gerresheimer Glas achieved a turnover of EUR 526M. The acquisition is expected to take place in the next few months; no further details were forthcoming from management.
