Fraud Charges Over Glass Packaging Waste

Three men and a woman have appeared in court to face an allegation of conspiring to commit a fraud involving a Llandarcy recycling firm. It is alleged that, with an intent to make a gain for themselves or another, between January 2009 and September 2010, company directors Andrew Thomas (45), Paul Thomas (46), Beverley Bradford (48) and Terrance Ainge (50), of Nationwide Recycling conspired to make a false representation "that loads of glass packaging waste had been received by Nationwide Recycling" for processing, when it had not.
