Fragrance Container Leads Two Lives

The fragrance industry is in for a first, the result of a husband-and-wife team from Younstown, OH. Brad and Judy Levy of Fragrance International, who have envisioned and created a unique product that marks the first time in perfume history that two fragrances will be contained in one dual-chamber, hand-blown glass bottle. The innovative, hand-crafted glass bottle is a "bottle within a bottle" design which holds two related, but distinct fragrances. The bottle, which holds a domestic patent and has patents pending internationally, is made from borosilicate glass, rather than the traditional soda-lime variety traditionally used in the cosmetics industry. It is also the first in the US to incorporate the latest innovation in spray technology, the Valois reservoir pump, which allows for the absence of a diptube, adding to its elegance and aesthetic lines.
