Delta-Flow, capacity profilers for fluids and non-viscous fluids, have been introduced by Italian control equipment manufacturer CEAM Control Equipment, to be used with the company's Flow-Com computer application. Delta-Flow is an innovative, direct insertion profile sensor for all types of conduit which, says CEAM, thanks to its patented aerodynamic profile, ensures pressure drops and broad measuring ranges. It has been made in such a way that a middle measure in the tube section helps compensate typical flow errors. Completely made out of steel, it is inexpensive, hard-wearing, dirt-resistant and ideal for use in tough conditions. Above all, it may be used with very high temperatures (max. 1,200 deg C) e.g. in heat exchangers and stacks etc.
