Fiber Optic Feedthroughs For Uhv

Vacuum specialist VACOM & Euromicron, one of the leaders in fiber optics technology, have jointly developed fiber optic feedthroughs for use in ultra-high vacuum (UHV). VACOM LWL completely assembled feedthroughs are suitable for UVH applications up to 5x10-11 mbar and are equipped with FC/PC or FC/APC couplings on both sides. They are available with 9/125um single-mode or 50/125um multi-mode fibres. The fibre optic feedthroughs are available in different types with CF flangers as standard.
