Ferro Corporation In Turkish Delight

Ferro Corporation announced recently that it has bought Turkish company Ferer for US $9m in cash. Ferer is a distributor in Turkey of Ferro colour and glass coating products and also provides customised, blended products and technical support for the glass industry. Ferer's primary focus is on servicing manufacturers of automotive, flat and container glasses. The acquisition of Ferer is the third step Ferro has taken in the past 18m to strengthen its position in the Turkish market.
