Scottish & Newcastle has launched its first ad campaign for Bulmer's Original, pushing the brand as a cider to be drunk over ice. Bulmers was released in May in pint-sized (56.8cl) bottles, similar in shape to Magners, the Irish cider which has revolutionised the market largely thanks to its "over ice" proposition. S&N will be advertising Bulmers over ice on 6-sheet posters in Edinburgh, Glasgow & London and 16-sheet posters and Tube cards in London. It has also released a 12x56.8cl bottle and 4x50cl can packs of the cider. S&N hope the poster campaign will build awareness in the run-up to Christmas.
