The Environment Noise (England) (Amendment No.2) Regulations 2009

Coming into force June 2009, these Regulations amend the Environmental Noise (England) Regulations 2006 and require quiet areas in first round agglomerations to be identified in the actions plans. They also require that from 2011 onwards, noise sources listed in Regulation 3 are identified by publishing maps.
