Eclipse - Acquisition Of Assets Of Laidlaw Drew

Eclipse Inc, recently announced that it has acquired the intellectual assets and brand name of Laidlaw Drew Ltd., international supplier of burners and complete combustion systems to the glass, metallurgical and process heating industries. "We intend to incorporate selected products of Laidlaw Drew into our catalogue", said Lachlan Perks, President & Chief Operations Officer of Eclipse. "We are excited that with this purchase, Eclipse offers the most extensive line of combustion equipment, technical support and services for the glass industry worldwide." Eclipse will endeavour to have selected products and spare parts available as soon as practical for Laidlaw Drew equipment sold previously.
