Duramin A-2500 is a microprocessor controlled hardness tester designed specifically for the laboratory or QC station that is looking to eliminate operator influence during indentation measurement. An extended test load range up to 250kfg enables the Duramin-A2500 to replace several single task machines. This range effectively gives you a Vickers, Brinell and Rockwell hardness tester in one machine. The microprocessor controls all swivel movements, ie exchange between the objective lenses and the indenter. Unlike similar projection systems, it uses an electronic imaging system to view indents and has a high resolution CCD camera for precise measurements of indents.
