Developments In Silk Screen Printing

Around six years ago, Tenco 5 developed six colour automatic printers to meet the demand for accurate, high quality decoration of liquor, vodka and wine bottles. In order to decrease the costs relative to the decoration of alcoholic beverage bottles, Tenco 5 has developed the MOD RC 893 printer. It uses the well-known double gob system. Two bottles are loaded, printed and unloaded simultaneously, operating at a speed of 60 pieces/min, with an actual output of 120 pieces/min. With 4+4 colours, by means of the double cylindrical stations, the unit is suitable for printing two different ware diameters such as bottle neck and body in the same station.
