Developments At Dartington

Dartington Crystal has further developed its operations in North America with the opening of its own warehousing operation. Retail customers in America and Canada can now order product from stock held in the USA, rather than from the factory warehouse in Devon, UK. The warehouse is in the state of Georgia and follows the opening of Dartington's own showroom in New York in 1994. Dartington reports healthy export sales up 82% in the first quarter of 1996 compared with the samer period last year, while the order book is now three times what it was a year ago.
