Czech Distribution Deal

Corning Global Business Operations has agreed a distribution agreement with Czech company, EcoGlass covering its fused silica, ULE ultra low expansion glass, Pyrex and MACOR machinable glass ceramic products. EcoGlass has existing operations in the fields of the precise moulding of optical glassware, luxury decorative glassware and in the development of glasses with defined spectral transmission. Corning hopes to use EcoGlass' local market knowledge to develop its business in the Czech Republic. (whole article)
