Cpiv - New President And Vice-President

Norbert Ullmann, owner of Ullmannglass, Osterhoven (Bavaria, Germany), has taken over the presidency of the Standing Committee of the EU Glass Industries (CPIV), the European umbrella organisation of the glass industry. The decision was taken at the General Assembly of the association on 30 May, where members, including national federations of the glass industry as well as sectoral associations of European producers of container glass, flat glass, crystal and domestic, special and reinforcement fibreglass were present. The General Assembly has also appointed Luc Willame, chairman of Glaverbel as vice-president. CPIV represents more than 1000 companies in the EU.
