The customer services team at Rockware Glass has won the coveted NVQ Level 3 accreditation, the highest level of customer service in the packaging industry. The 4-man team, one of the first three teams in the industry to win the award, was subjected to six months of intensive project work and day-to-day scrutiny by Glass Training Ltd, the accreditation agency. Working at Rockware's Wheatley factory, the team advises clients on all aspects of the design, manufacture, coating, filling, capping, labelling and handling of glass packaging produced by the company for the food an beverage industry.
