Cornish Stingers is billed as the world's first alcoholic drink made purely from nettles. It takes just seven days to brew and tastes like a dry wine with delicate aromas of fresh citrus and elderflower. Miles Lavers of Foodswild based in Cornwall, spent many years perfecting the recipe from scratch before creating the 4.5%ABV drink. Next up will be Blingers, blended with berries. Packaged in clear glass bottles with a nettle-green distinctive label, a case of 12 will cost £25.00.
