A quiet air conditioning system has been introduced into the UK by Seeley International. The system is already installed in buildings worldwide with many different applications in the UK. The Breezair units produced by Seeley International, Australia, are designed not only for overly hot factories but also where buildings cannot be sealed or where there is a constant flow of traffic in and out of premises. Entire work areas can be cooled, as well as specific hot spots. The units are environmentally friendly as they use only air and water and there are no CFC gases or other pollutants involved in their operation. Due to filtering, air is fresh and clean and not recycled as with some conventional units. It does not use compressors and so running and maintenance costs are low and installation is simple.
