The Strutz CLS-200 high production decorator features improved colour registration due to a carrier conveyor system which replaces the chain with a precision cam. A continuous motion loader/unloader system permits high speeds. It decorates both body and shoulder simultaneously. There are four standard models available. The 2/3 CLS-200 model will decorate two colours body/shoulder with seam registration or three colours body/shoulder without seam registration. Likewise the 3/4 CLS-200 model will decorate three colours body/shoulder without seam registration. Left-to-right or right-to-left decorating directions may be specified. It will decorate containers up to 3" in diameter and 12" in height. Production speeds exceeding 200 bottles/minute on a standard 12-oz beer or soda bottle are possible.
