The repackaging of Old St Andrews' Clubhouse range of Scotch whiskies has been received enthusiastically by both trade and consumer. "Putting our iconic golf ball bottle in a clear plastic tube has had a dramatic impact," said John Donald, MD of Old St Andrews. "Sales are up by 78%. People can see the bottle better and now clearly understand our Clubhouse brand position which can be summed up in three words - whisky, golf, gift."
