Closed Loop Funding

London Remade has secured £500,000 funding to deliver a closed loop recycling project that will focus on food and beverage packaging recycling. Working with organisations and events in key market sectors, the project will promote the provision of food and beverage packaging that can be taken back after use through commingled collections for re manufacture into new end products. The concept is designed to fuel supply and demand for recycled content materials. The project is funded by landfill tax credits from Shanks First.
