Climate Change - Amendment To Climate Change Levy Regulations

The Climate Change Levy (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2005, Statutory Instrument 2005 No 1717, came into force on 22 July 2005. The Regulations amend the existing rules about administering exemptions and other relief's from climate change levy.
