China'S Fibre Makers Booming

The glass fibre manufacturing sector in China maintained strong growth momentum in both production and profits during the first half of 2005, according to the China National Glass Fibre Industry Association. China is the biggest producer of glass fibre in the world, having overtaken Japan in recent years. A snapshot of China's fibre manufacturers is given, together with production details.
